Strawberry Dip

Dip into some strawberries with this easy-to-make dip that also works a a spread and pairs well with many things. It looks great on a charcuterie board and at the table.

Ingredients
  

Dip

  • 4 oz. light cream cheese
  • 4 oz plain greek yogurt
  • 3 TBSP Splenda
  • 1 TBSP lemon juice
  • 1 ¾ C strawberries chop 1 ½ cups, reserve rest

Toppings (optional)

  • strawberries
  • whipped cream

Instructions
 

  • Soften cream cheese.
  • With mixer, whip cream cheese, yogurt, sweetener and lemon juice to a creamy, whipped consistency with slight peaks.
  • Rinse and chop strawberries, reserving a few whole or halved strawberries for topping if desired.

  • Stir chopped strawberries into cheese and yogurt mixture, then blend on medium-high setting for about 20 seconds.
  • Place in bowl, garnish and serve or cover and chill until ready to serve.

Notes

Serving Suggestions
Serve as a spread for crackers, bagels, or sweet rolls, or as a dip for cookies, fruits and more neutral flavored vegetables. Looks great on a charcuterie board.
