Dip into some strawberries with this easy-to-make dip that also works a a spread and pairs well with many things. It looks great on a charcuterie board and at the table.

light cream cheese
plain greek yogurt
chop 1 ½ cups, reserve rest
Soften cream cheese.
With mixer, whip cream cheese, yogurt, sweetener and lemon juice to a creamy, whipped consistency with slight peaks.
Rinse and chop strawberries, reserving a few whole or halved strawberries for topping if desired.
Stir chopped strawberries into cheese and yogurt mixture, then blend on medium-high setting for about 20 seconds.
Place in bowl, garnish and serve or cover and chill until ready to serve.
Serve as a spread for crackers, bagels, or sweet rolls, or as a dip for cookies, fruits and more neutral flavored vegetables. Looks great on a charcuterie board.
